Penbabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana masayrakat desa dapat melakukan penguatan melalui proses kolaboratif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Negara Bagian Terengganu Darul Iman, Malaysi. Kemiskinan masih menjadi persoallan utama di negara berkembang dengan berbgai faktor yang menyebabkannya. Pengabdian ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan bahwa pengentasan kemiskinan pada tingkat desa dapat dilakukan dengan proses kolaboratif setiap stakeholder. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 Oktober 2024. Metode yang digunakan meliputi beberapa tahapan yakni, tahapan identifikasi masalah, partisipasi mitra dalam program, evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program serta, identifikasi peran dan tugas setiap anggota pengabdian. Dalam pengabdian ini kami menemukan bahwa pengentasan kemiskinan di Negara Bagian Terengganu Darul Iman perlu menerapkan proses kolaboratif yang lebih dalam dengan melibatkan multi dimensional stakeholder
