This community service aims to see how village communities can strengthen through a collaborative process in alleviating poverty in the State of Terengganu Darul Iman, Malaysia. Poverty is still a major problem in developing countries with various factors causing it. This service tries to explain that poverty alleviation at the village level can be done through a collaborative process for each stakeholder. This research was carried out on October 7 2024. The method used included several stages, namely, problem identification stages, partner participation in the program, program evaluation and desires as well as, identification of the roles and duties of each service member. In this service we found that poverty alleviation in Terengganu Darul Iman State needs to implement a deeper collaborative process involving multidimensional stakeholders
