Complaints

The authors who may have a complaint against any of the aspect of their interaction with Jurnal Tabarru' : Islamic Banking and Finance should e-mail to the Editor-in-Chief to [email protected]. The Editor-in-Chief aim to acknowledge the complaint within 7 days after receiving it. if in doubt, the Editor-in-Chief will consult with other Editors. Further, they should explain to the author the procedute which they will be undertaking to resolve the matter.
