Complaints

Authors, reviewers, and readers who have a complaint about any aspect of their interaction with Journal Sisi Lain Realita are welcome to contact the Editor-in-Chief.

1. Send your complaintEmail the Editor-in-Chief at [email protected], including the manuscript ID (if any) and a clear description of the issue.
2. Acknowledgement within 7 daysThe Editor-in-Chief acknowledges the complaint within 7 days of receiving it.
3. ConsultationWhere needed, the Editor-in-Chief consults other editors or the editorial board. A complaint about a specific editor is handled by a board member with no involvement in the case.
4. ResolutionThe complainant is informed of the procedure being followed and of the outcome.

Complaints about suspected research or publication misconduct are handled under the Allegations of Misconduct policy, following COPE guidance.
