Perencanaan Kerja Desa Dalam Mendukung Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Desa Sukamaju Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of village work plan formulation in supporting community empowerment in Sukamaju Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The focus of the study includes the planning process of the village work plan, the level of community involvement, and the role of the village government in empowerment activities. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving village government officials, village institutions, and community members. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the formulation of the village work plan has been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and involves the community through village deliberation forums; however, its implementation has not been fully optimal. This is indicated by the limited overall community participation and the lack of optimal assistance and evaluation of empowerment programs. The conclusion of this study indicates that the village work plan plays an important role in community empowerment, but it requires strengthening in terms of participation and program implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that the village government increase community involvement and strengthen assistance and evaluation mechanisms so that community empowerment can be carried out more effectively
