The One House One Larva Monitor (Jumantik) Program is the participation and empowerment of the community by involving each family in the examination, monitoring, and eradication of mosquito larvae to control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) through the cultivation of PSN 3 M Plus. DHF is one of the problems in the field of public health in Indonesia because the number of sufferers and the area of its spread are increasing along with increasing mobility and population density. The purpose of the study was to see how the Implementation of the One House One Larva Monitor (Jumantik) Movement Program is in controlling DHF in the working area of the Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru City and the factors inhibiting the implementation of the program. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through observation, interview, and documentation results. This study uses the Implementation theory according to Smith which has 4 assessment indicators. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the One House One Larva Monitor (Jumantik) Movement Program is not optimal.
