Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out, analyze and explain, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of the Tunas Mukti Village Unit Cooperative in Sumber Jaya Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research approach uses a descriptive type with qualitative methods. The data obtained comes from information from key informants and informants who have been determined. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained is compiled, sorted and analyzed in depth. The results of the research concluded that the management of KUD Tunas Mukti has been running well, so that through the business run by KUD Tunas Mukti it is able to improve the welfare of its members. These results can be seen from planning in the form of creating a work plan formula, work targets, and determining the results to be achieved. Organizing the management of KUD Tunas Mukti is carried out by determining the organizational structure, duties and functions of each section and placing people who have the ability to carry out organizational activities. Mobilization through the placement of cooperative administrators and managers according to their fields. Supervision within the organization has been carried out directly or indirectly. The inhibiting factors in the management of KUD Tunas Mukti come from internal factors, namely a lack of creativity in utilizing available funds and external factors.
