ANALISIS PENGELOLAN DANA DESA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN DI DESA LABUHAN BILIK KECAMATAN TELUK MERANTI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

Abstract

This research was conducted in Labuhan Bilik Village, Teluk Meranti District, Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain and evaluate the management of village funds in Labuhan Bilik Village from the perspective of village officials and village communities. This analysis is a descriptive type of evaluative descriptive research with percentage analysis and analysis of how effective the management of the Village Fund is in the Labuhan Bilik village. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques in this study using percentage analysis were used to analyze and evaluate community knowledge and participation, governance, and their impact on village development. The results of the study show that village funds in Labuhan Bilik Village are widely used for development. Community knowledge about village funds is still lacking and the community is quite involved in fundraising activities. The governance of village funds which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation from the village government level to the community is quite good. Village funds have had a positive impact, especially on the road construction program which became the dominant program in 2019 and 2020.
