Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that the abstract you submitted for the Call for Papers at the Hybrid International Conference On Law And Social Sciences” (ICoLSS) has been reviewed by the committee and has been accepted for presentation at the conference.

In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the conference proceedings, we would like to emphasize the following important points to be adhered to while writing your full paper:

  • Paper Template: Please use the attached template for formatting your full paper.
  • Language: The paper should be written in English.
  • Word Count: The full paper should have a minimum of 6,000 words, excluding the abstract and references.
  • Formatting: Use Palatino Linotype Font, 1.15 line spacing, and a font size of 12.
  • Plagiarism Check: Manuscript uploaded is original scientific works and do not plagiarise. A Turnitin attachments which have a similarity of not more than 25% should be attached as evidence.
  • References: Your paper should reference a minimum of 15 reputable journal articles published within the last 5 years, and all references should include DOIs.
  • Citation Style: Please use the standard Mendeley type of Chicago Manual Style (Author Fullnote) for in-text citations in the form of footnotes.
