Globalization, which brings modernizationand secularization, has affected various aspects of life, including education. Islamic education is in a critical position to maintain a balance between deep religious understanding and the need for modern skills. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, based on literature reviews and interviews with educational experts. The findings reveal that strengthening an integrative curriculum that combines religious knowledge with modern sciences, utilizing technology wisely, and revitalizing the roles of mosques and Islamic boarding schools are essential steps in responding to the challenges of globalization. The revitalization of Islamic values is necessary to create a strong Muslim generation capable of competing in the global era
