Performa sebuah organisasi bergantung kepada keputusan strategis yang diambil oleh pemangku kepentingan pada organisasi tersebut. Keputusan strategis dari pemangku kepentingan bergantung terhadap kualitas data dan informasi yang ada pada organisasi. Manajemen kualitas data dan informasi berbantuan sistem informasi menjadi salah satu perkembangan teknologi pada sektor industri yang dapat membawa dampak positif terkait performa or-ganisasi. Kualitas data dan informasi yang baik adalah data dan informasi yang memiliki kriteria yang sesuai dengan keinginan penggunanya, dimana kriteria pengguna tidak bersifat universal antar organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pabrik PT. SAL 2 yang menggunakan data dan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan sebagai upaya menghilangkan breakdown pabrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan breakdown antara sebelum dan sesudah implementasi.
