Abstract

ABSTRACT


 


Problems in research namely football achievements in Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya (SONS) has decreased in the year 2016. This research aims to 1) evaluate the background of the program, the goal of coaching programs, 2) to evaluate the implementation of the selection acceptance of athletes, coaches and assistant coaches, facilities and infrastructure, and financing, 3) evaluating program implementation exercise, consumption, welfare, transportation and coordination, and to evaluate the success of the program 4) coaching. This study used a qualitative approach. The method of data collection is the observation, in-depth interviews, document searches, and triangulation of the data. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the steps as follows: 1 data reduction), 2) representation of data, and 3) withdrawal of the conclusion. This research resulted in 1) football sports coaching Context in SONS consisting of background aspects of coaching and mentoring purposes is a good category, 2) football in sports coaching Input SONS consisting of aspects of acceptance coaches and assistant coaches, athletes, reception facilities and infrastructure, and fund coaching is a good category, 3) Sports Football Coaching Process on SONS consisting of aspects of the implementation of exercise programs, consumption, welfare, transport and coordination between related stakeholders are on a good category, 4) Product coaching football at sporting SONS consisting of aspects of the success seen in terms of achievement is a good category.
