THE EFFECT OF DISCOUNTED PRICES ON SALES VOLUME OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS AT ANYE MEDICAL ESTETIK BEAUTY CLINICS IN PERANAP VILLAGE, PERANAP SUB-DISTRICT, INDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of price cuts on the sales volume of skincare products at the Anye Medical Estetik Beauty Clinic, Peranap Subdistrict, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The X variable in this research is Price Discounts with indicators for Number of Price Discounts and Price Discount Period, while the Y variable in this research is Sales Volume with indicators for Total Sales and Earning Profit. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents, This type of research is descriptive survey research and quantitative research methods using SPSS 22 software. The results of this research are that the Price Discount variable has indicators for the Number of Price Discounts and the Price Discount Period. Meanwhile, for the Sales Volume variable with the Total Sales and Profit indicators, simple linear regression research shows that Price Discounts have a significant relationship with Sales Volume, which has an influence of 54% while the remaining 46% reflects other variables such as Promotion.
