THE INFLUENCE OF INCENTIVES ON WORK MOTIVATION AT PT. SABAS INDONESIA, MEDAN CITY

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of incentives on employee work motivation at PT. Sabas Indonesia Medan City. The type of research used is a descriptive survey with quantitative research methods because the researcher collects data by analyzing the data and by describing or illustrating the data by making observations at the research site. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 55 research respondents. The data analysis technique uses a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS 22 application software. The research results show that incentives have an effect on work motivation, providing the right incentives can provide work motivation for employees because employees feel appreciated according to their abilities and performance. Incentives can also improve welfare and build work motivation so that performance can be achieved optimally.
