Information For Authors

Authorship

Anyone identified as an author must have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the research and to the writing of the article. They must be willing to take a shared responsibility in the research and in the article and approve the final version to be published. Anyone who does not fulfil these criteria but has contributed to either the research or the writing of the article should be acknowledged and thanked in the “Acknowledgements” section at the end of the article. Any changes to authorship either during the peer review process or after acceptance must be confirmed by all named authors, and a reason for any addition/removal provided to the Editor-in-Chief.

Information about article preparation can be found in Author Guideline

Submission

New user need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process. Once logged on to the site authors may make a submission or check the status of the manuscript.

Peer-review and decisions

The journal uses double-blind peer review (neither the authors nor the reviewers know the identity of each other) to avoid bias. See the journal policies Review.

Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format (see in Journal Template).

After submission all articles are evaluated by the editorial office and may be immediately rejected if they are considered to be out of the journal's scope or otherwise unfit for consideration. Articles which passed initial evaluation will be sent out for external review. Reviewer reports with a decision from the editor will be returned to the authors as soon as possible, but please be patient as reviewing can take up to 60 days.

After review, the editor will make a decision of: reject, accept, or revise. Revisions may be major or minor. If a decision of revision is made, authors are asked to make their revisions as quickly as possible – if there are extensive delays in revising an article then it may be considered a new submission. Revised articles may be sent out for review again, depending on the level of revision requested.

Article Processing Charges

Currently, no publication fee are charged for the peer-review process, systems, typesetting, web publication and long-term archiving.  The majority papers prepared according the template requirements and published have approx. 8-10 pages.

See the journal policies Article Processing Charges.
