Sosialisasi Microteaching untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Berkualitas

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran yang kreatif dan berkualitas di MI Cikaso melalui sosialisasi microteaching. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan guru untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi serta tuntutan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan guru-guru MI Cikaso secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan penelitian, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Kegiatan ini meliputi sesi pelatihan microteaching, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalisme guru. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan guru untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan berpusat pada siswa. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi microteaching melalui pendekatan PAR efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di MI Cikaso, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan kreatif.
