This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of agricultural extension by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research type using five research indicators, namely Program Understanding, Right on Target, On Time, Achievement of Goals and Real Change. The population used in this research is the Sentajo Raya District Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Coordinator, Sentajo Raya Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Agricultural Extension Workers and Members of the Sentajo Raya Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Farmer Group. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of Primary Data using Questionnaires and Interviews and Secondary Data collected using Observation Techniques. Based on the data analysis technique used using a frequency table tool, it can be assessed and concluded that the effectiveness of agricultural extension by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is "Quite Effective", because agricultural extension has been carried out well because it has helped Farmer activities are in accordance with farmers' needs, but this is less effective due to the lack of agricultural extension workers at BPP Sentajo Raya and also has an impact on the lack of implementation of agricultural instructors' duties in developing and improving farmer groups in Sentajo Raya District.

Good Governance: Transparansi Layanan Publik Di Kantor Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This research aims to analyze and determine Good Governance: Transparency of Public Services at the Pasir Penyu District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research has three indicators, namely Process Openness, Ease of Service Procedures, and Ease of Information Access. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Interactive Data Analysis. The results of the Good Governance research: Transparency of Public Services in the Pasir Penyu District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency, are that it has not gone well, where service procedures are not communicated openly, seen from the absence of information boards in the Pasir Penyu District Office, and it is still difficult to access information, where service procedures are not communicated through the mass media. However, the employees of the Pasir Penyu District Office have provided good service to the service user community so that it is easy for the service user community to take care of their needs. Suggestions for the Pasir Penyu District Office are that the Pasir Penyu District apparatus should post the various types of services available at the Pasir Penyu District Office and the requirements in the service room or service counter and report them in the mass media.

This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The type of approach in this research uses a descriptive approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. In this research, data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Then descriptive analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the implementation of the Village Head's function in community development and to determine the obstacles to the implementation of the Village Head's function in community development in Kuantan Babu Village. The assessment indicators in the social development variable used by the author include planning, guidance and supervision. This research was conducted in Kuantan Babu Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and the research population was the Kuantan Babu Village Government with a sample of 37 people. The author uses a purposive sampling technique, namely only certain respondents who are considered representative and have a better understanding of the problem being studied. Overall, this research shows that the Implementation of the Village Head's Functions in Community Development in Kuantan Babu Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is at a Sufficiently Implemented interval.

Analisis Pengamanan Aset Tanah Di Badan Pengelola Keuangan & Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau

In the era of regional autonomy, assets are something that is very important for local governments in improving services. This research aims to determine the optimization of management of land assets belonging to regional governments. Using the asset management cycle theory in securing land assets, namely administrative, legal and physical security. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data sources being interviews with key informants & informants, field observations, and relevant documents. Even though there are several land asset management that have not been implemented optimally, the inhibiting factor is that there are several assets that cannot be optimally secured in terms of legal security because the basic rights are not found in the process of making certificates. Therefore, the regional government has made efforts to secure land assets, although some assets are still needs to be improved, so it is recommended to maximize human resources in both quantity and quality according to what is needed, improve relevant documents so as to create a good government.

Pelaksanaan Program Pencengahan Dan Penurunan Stunting Oleh Puskesmas Limapuluh Kecamatan Limapuluh Kota Pekanbaru

Stunting is an urgent problem that needs to be resolved as it will affect the quality of Indonesian human resources in the future.Human resources are a key factor in a country's success.This research was carried out to provide in-depth study on the implementation of the program of prevention and reduction of stunting in Puskesmas Limapuluh district Limapuluh city of Pekanbaru.The main objective of this discussion is how to prevent stunting in pregnant mothers and reduce the number of stunting cases.This type of study uses descriptive and quantitative methods, with the majority of respondents being female at 75 per cent, and the number of babies/children exposed to stunting at 47 per cent.The results of this study show that despite many government policies that have been taken to encourage the occurrence of stunting, the actual decline is still a long way from the target.In the district of Limapuluh City of Pekanbaru there are still a lot of people who do not have enough knowledge about stunting itself, its effects, causes, prevention and treatment.Therefore, widespread support is still needed to provide more detailed information on how to prevent stunting in early childhood.

Pelaksanaan Coklit (Pencocokan dan Penelitian) Data Pemilih Oleh Pantarlih Pada Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 Di Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Di Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota)

The process of updating voter data is quite an important process, this process is carried out to determine whether citizens will enter the DPT or not. This research aims to find out how the implementation of coklit (matching and research) of voter data by Pantarlih in the 2024 general election in Pekanbaru city. This research uses a qualitative research type with descriptive methods. With data sources, interviews with key informants & informants, field observations and documentation. The results of this research show that from the results of data analysis and interviews with the city KPU commissioner, as well as the chairman of the PPK, Pekanbaru city sub-district, it was found that the preparation of the 2024 election voter list, there was an increase in the DPT from 2019 to 2024, this is in line with the number of voters who exercising their right to vote will also increase in the 2024 election compared to the 2019 election. For this reason, all phases or stages in the process of updating and compiling the election voter list must be carried out properly, so that the process of implementing other stages can also be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and technical instructions. especially in Pekanbaru city district as a research case study location. The results of this research indicate that updating election data has been carried out well.
