EFEKTIVITAS APLIKASI MOBILE JKN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN BPJS KESEHATAN DI RSUD PETALA BUMI PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract

Mobile JKN application is a mobile application developed by BPJS Kesehatan to facilitate National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in accessing various health services. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the use of the JKN Mobile application in improving BPJS Health services at Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province. This type of research uses a qualitative method using informants representing Petala Bumi Hospital Riau Province and also patients who use the JKN Mobile application and use five dimensions of indicator assessment, namely program understanding, on target, on time, achieving goals and real change. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Mobile JKN application at Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province has not been effective, due to the low understanding of the community, especially the elderly who have difficulty operating the Mobile JKN application, and the system is still not optimal in applications that often cause errors in the application.
