Simpang Baru Panam Market is a traditional market that sells various necessities such as vegetables, goods, clontong, clothes and daily necessities. Where the activity uses scales, the buying and selling activities and the scales must comply with Indonesian National Standards and this market is one of the markets supervised by the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Service. This research was conducted to determine the Performance Analysis of Employees at the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Service in Supervising UTTP at Simpang Baru Panam Market. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods where primary data is obtained through observation and distribution of questionnaires, and secondary data is obtained through interviews with respondents. In this study, researchers used employee performance analysis theory, which contains six dimensions of indicator assessment, namely Quality, Quantity, Working Time, Cost Effectiveness, Supervision Needs and Impact of Individual Relationships. The results of this research show that the Performance Analysis of Employees at the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Service in Supervising UTTP at Simpang Baru Panam Market is quite good, due to the lack of personnel in carrying out monitoring activities, lack of available budget and unavailability of repair services, insufficient monitoring time.
