Abstract

The Village-Owned Enterprise Program (BUMDes) is a government program which aims to improve the village economy and the welfare of village communities by utilizing village assets and potential. This research discusses the implementation of the Village-Owned Enterprise Program in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This research aims to determine the implementation of the village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) program in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted at the Teratai Kelulut BUMDes Office, Kubang Jaya Village. The theoretical concept used is the implementation of Edward III's policies. The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis using the triangulation method. The results of the research show that although the implementation of the Bumdes program in Kubang Jaya Village has been carried out, the facts found in the field are that there are still many people who do not know about the existence of Bumdesa in Kubang Jaya Village, the socialization carried out is lacking, and it is only carried out individually or by personnel by visiting the community. to the house.
