Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. The type of approach in this research uses a descriptive approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. In this research, data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Then descriptive analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the quality of mobile library services at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The assessment indicators in this research are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence and empathy. This research was carried out at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service Jl. Dr. Sutomo no. 1, Suka Mulia, Sail District, Pekanbaru City, Riau. and the sample population for this study was 34 people in total. The author uses a sampling technique using a census, namely sampling where the entire population is sampled. The author uses this method because the population is in the same area, is small in number and easy to find. Overall, this research shows that the implementation of mobile library service quality is in the quite good interval.
