THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY AT THE SAGO FACTORY, THE HARMONY COOPERATIVE, MEKARSARI VILLAGE, MERBAU DISTRICT

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at the Sago Factory of Harmoni Cooperatives, Mekarsari Village, Merbau District, Kepulaian Meranti Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Harmoni Cooperative Sago Factory. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely the employees who work in the marketers, factories and warehouse admins, totaling 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity at the Harmoni Cooperative Sago factory, Mekarsari Village, Merbau District, Meranti Islands Regency.
