Pusako District is one of the honey-producing centers supported by the presence of PT Arara Abadi’s Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI), covering 46,732 hectares, most of which is planted with acacia trees that serve as the main nectar source for bees. This condition has encouraged local communities, including the Tok Wira farmer group in Sungai Berbari Village, to develop honey-bee farming enterprises. This study aims to identify the characteristics of beekeepers and the profile of honey-bee farming enterprises, analyze costs, production, income, and business efficiency, as well as examine household income and the contribution of honey-bee farming to the total household income of beekeepers. The research employed a census method involving 24 beekeepers. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results show that honey-bee farmers are on average 37.33 years old, have a senior high school education or equivalent, possess two years of farming experience, and have an average family size of three members. The enterprise, which has grown since 2019, falls into the small-scale category with a capital of Rp53,937,500 and the use of 2 labor-days (HOK) for maintenance and 6 labor-days for harvesting. The average fixed cost is Rp1,250,638.89 per month, and total production cost is Rp2,430,638.89 per month. Honey production reaches 171.5 kg per month at a selling price of Rp40,000 per kilogram, resulting in a gross income of Rp6,860,000 per month and a net income of Rp4,429,361.11 per month. The R/C ratio of 2.82 indicates that honey-bee farming is financially feasible. The contribution of honey-bee farming to total household income is 47.40%.
