KARAKTERISTIK PERGERAKAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS LANCANG KUNING KOTA PEKANBARU

Kota Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu pusat pendidikan yang ada di Provinsi Riau. Beberapa perguruan tinggi ternama di tingkat nasional terletak di kota ini. Salah satunya adalah Universitas Lancang Kuning. Universitas Lancang Kuning adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berada di Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang dicapai dalam penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi karakterisitik pergerakan mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat karakteristik pergerakan mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning berdasarkan jarak, waktu, dan biaya yang digunakan mahasiswa dari tempat asal (rumah) ke tujuan (kampus). Jumlah biaya yang keluarkan oleh mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil analisis adalah 65101.5 Rp/Km dengan rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan pada setiap jarak yang dilewati mahasiswa adalah 1228.3 Rp/Km. Biaya transportasi per kilometer yang terbanyak dikeluarkan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning berada di Jalan Damai Ujung dengan biaya transportasi sejumlah 4845 Rp/Km. Hal ini karena mahasiswa yang berada tinggal di jalan tersebut memiliki jarak tempuh dari asal ke tujuan dan begitu juga dari tujuan ke asal sebesar 38 Km yang menyebabkan banyaknya biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan pergerakan tersebut. Sedangkan biaya transportasi yang terkecil dikeluarkan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning berada di Jalan Tewas IV dengan biaya transportasi sejumlah 459 Rp/Km.

DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN JEMBATAN INDRAGIRI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN FISIK DESA MUMPA DAN DESA SUNGAI GANTANG KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

The existence of the Indragiri Bridge opens access to the main route to and from the center of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The existence of the bridge affected the surrounding area, namely Mumpa Village and Sungai Gantang Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the construction of the Indragiri Bridge on the physical development of Mumpa Village and Sungai Gantang Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative research by describing the physical characteristics of Mumpa Village and Sungai Gantang Village. By analyzing the impact of the construction of the Indragiri Bridge on physical development based on the results of primary data and secondary data. The results obtained from this study were the construction of the Indagiri Bridge in Mumpa Village and Sungai Gantang Village did not have significant physical impacts for Mumpa Village and Sungai Gantang Village. Identification of a change in land that is not developed into developed land in the form of settlements and trade, especially areas adjacent to the bridge.

PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN OBJEK WISATA AIR TERJUN TUJUH TINGKAT BATANG KOBAN DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

The level of community participation in the development of the Batang Koban seven-story waterfall tourist attraction in Lubuk Ambacang Village, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study begins by examining the phenomenon of the Batang Koban Seven High Waterfall tourism development which has not yet reached the optimal level of community participation so as to provide quite a positive impact. This research aims to determine the level of community participation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the development of the Koban Seven Storey Waterfall tourist attraction in Lubuk Ambacang Village, Hulu Kuantan Kuantan Singingi District. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from the tourism office, the sampling technique for this research is random sampling and the data analysis for this research uses qualitative descriptive methods. From the research results it can be concluded that the level of community participation in the development of Batang Koban Waterfall is low, they are less open to new things that can develop their own land. This problem is caused by the level of participation and awareness regarding tourism and also the lack of scientific knowledge about the Batang Koban seven-story waterfall in Lubuk Ambacang Village, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singini Regency. Due to a lack of public awareness, the Batang Koban seven-story waterfall is not managed well and is not known to the outside community, thus becoming an obstacle in the development of the Batang Koban seven-story waterfall.

KAJIAN POTENSI WISATA AIR TERJUN BATU TILAM DI DESA KEBUNTINGGI KECAMATAN KAMPAR KIRI HULU KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Batu Tilam Waterfall is located in Kebuntinggi Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu District, Kampar Regency. In this case, it can be seen that tourism conditions are still not optimal in utilizing tourism potential because the condition of the road to tourist sites is still relatively bad. The purpose of this research is to assess the tourism potential of Batu Tilam Waterfall from the Aspects of Attractions, Amenities, aksebilitas, acillary. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The type of research used is descriptive research type. The results of this study are identifying potentials and problems and looking at tourist visitor perceptions of tourism components such as 1. Attraction component where this component is able to become a special attraction for tourists who visit tourist sites. 2. The facilities component at tourist sites still needs more attention by the tour manager. 3. Accessibility components at tourist sites are still fairly poor, especially on road facilities to tourist sites and the absence of public transportation to get to tourist sites. 4. Supporting tourism components such as the government, tourism awareness groups and the community.

IDENTIFIKASI PERSEBARAN MINIMARKET DAN TOKO KELONTONG DI JL.HR SOEBRANTAS KOTA PEKANBARU

Pertumbuhan kegiatan perdagangan dan jasa di Kota Pekanbaru terus meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Lokasi keberadaan minimarket dan toko kelontong ycenderung berdekatan. Hal ini menimbulkan persaingan antar minimarket dan toko kelontong, yang dapat memepengaruhi keberlangsungan toko kelontong di Jl.HR.Soebrantas Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi persebaran lokasi minimarket dan toko kelontong di Jl.HR.Soebrantas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk menganalisis keberadaan minimarket dan toko kelontong, teknik analisis komparatif membandingkan data sekunder dengan hasil observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan minimarket di Jl.HR.Soebrantas ditandai dengan menjamurnya minimarket berjenis Indomaret dan Alfamart. Pertumbuhan yang terjadi mengakibatkan kesesuaian lokasi minimarket rendah karena berdekatan dengan perdagangan lain terutama toko kelontong disekitarnya.
