Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategies of the Village Fund in Adirejo Village, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency, and its impact on community welfare. The Village Fund is a form of fiscal decentralization from the central government that plays a crucial role in infrastructure development, economic empowerment, and the improvement of public services in villages. However, the effectiveness of Village Fund management still faces various challenges, such as low transparency, minimal community participation, and delays in fund disbursement. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that although the Village Fund has provided tangible benefits to the community, such as improved access to education, healthcare, and infrastructure, several challenges persist in its implementation. The lack of public understanding of fund management mechanisms is one of the factors affecting program effectiveness. Additionally, administrative and technical constraints also hinder the optimal utilization of the Village Fund's benefit. Therefore, more effective strategies are needed in managing the Village Fund, such as enhancing transparency, ensuring active community involvement in every stage of fund management, and strengthening evaluation and monitoring mechanisms. The findings of this study are expected to provide recommendations for village governments in optimizing the utilization of the Village Fund to sustainably improve community welfare.
