ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study consisted of three, namely: (1) to determine the effect of the Intellectually Repetition Auditory Learning Model with Mind Map Settings on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of X-Grade IPA Students at Bangkinang City 2 High School, (2) to determine differences in learning outcomes based on the ability of high, medium, and low AIR learning models with mind map settings for students of class XI IPA 2 in Bangkinang City 2 High School, (3) to  find out the implementation of the AIR learning model with mind map settings in the experimental class of students of class XI IPA 2 in Bangkinang City Senior High School 2. This research is experimental research with the design of the research non-equivalent control group design and techniques of sampling was used which is purposive sampling. In this research used two class, it was the class XI IPA 2 as a class experiment and class XI IPA 1 as the control. The instrument collection of data in the form of about pretest, posttest and the feasibility. The collection of data on this study was done by using the test as well as the test. The analysis of data used the analysis of the sort of descriptive set of quantitative analysis and inferential. The results of the study with t-test, concluded that (1) there is an influence of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model with mind map settings on the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA 2 Bangkinang City Senior High School, (2) for a one-way ANOVA test, it means that there are differences in the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model with a mind map setting on learning outcomes based on the ability of high, medium, low students, (3)Based on the results of the analysis of reliability obtained 85.71% with very strong criteria.
